These nature photographs from Eldorado Canyon State Park in Colorado were taken in July 2005. Eldorado is a popular place for hikers and mountains climbers. There are two sections that are accessible only from opposite sides of the park (except by hiking). These photos were taken of the eastern section. The temperature was above a hundred degrees, which seemed to discourage mountain climbers. The waters of South Boulder Creek were rushing from the rapid snow melt. A beautiful day for pictures.
