Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway
Nature photographs
The Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway has some of the most unique scenery in the area. All the roads into Yellowstone are scenic, but his one is truly special because of the strange rock formations. The river that runs through here is the North Fork of the Shoshone River. These photographs were taken on June 3-5 2006. I had visited this scenic byway once before, but found the day heavily overcast and the photos I took were not particularly attractive. Still, I loved the scenery and vowed to return again. The first day we were there was fairy overcast so I chose to return on the same trip.
